Official Notice: Feedback & Conduct Policy (Aswāt al-Tilāwah)
السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاتهThis is a formal clarification regarding feedback and conduct within Aswāt al-Tilāwah.Despite previous reminders, we are still seeing members privately/publicly messaging participants with corrections to their recitation.This is not permitted.A dedicated thread called Hifdh & Tajweed is already in place, overseen by a qualified individual: @Head of Qira'ah. This is the only channel through which feedback is to be given, and by those qualified enough.Effective immediately:
- All feedback must be posted only in the thread mentioned above.
- Feedback must only be posted by @Head of Qira'ah or anyone qualified enough.
- Do not send corrections via direct messages or elsewhere
- Participants may seek feedback voluntarily if they wish.Unsolicited corrections, especially in private, can cause discomfort, inconsistency, and negatively impact participation. The recitation of the Qur’an requires not only correctness, but also proper conduct.We have addressed this multiple times. This message serves as a final clarification.Failure to adhere to this policy will result in moderation action.Let us maintain an environment that reflects both the excellence of the Qur’an and the manners it teaches.جـزاكـم اللّٰه خـيـراً
